ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau's (NAB) previous administrator Justice resigned Javed Iqbal on Monday documented appeal in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against PAC call, ARY News revealed.


The secretary inside, secretary of National Assembly Secretariat and secretary PAC have been made respondents in the request.


The previous director of the join buster body submitted request through High Court Bar president Shoaib Shaheen in the Islamabad High Court.


Iqbal in his supplication asked the IHC to invalidate the minutes of the July 7 gathering of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and pass orders from making any move against him.
